Asked by Al-Resalah whether the economic easing Israel announced after the 2014 war can buy calm in Gaza, economic analyst Omar Shaban says the announced measures are so far only media announcements, and that what matters most is a complete end to the blockade, since under international law Gaza remains occupied.
