Omar Shaban says Israeli opinion is split between continuing to punish Gaza economically and easing the blockade, warns that graduate unemployment could push unemployment to 70 percent and poverty above 47 percent, expects an unannounced easing, and argues that any explosion would be aimed at the occupation, while a port, an airport or other large projects need a supportive political environment that the division prevents.
